Due to privacy rules we have restricted our staff access to your environment. SubWorks and ShuttleSub staff is not allowed to access your hotel information without your permission.
Sometimes it would be helpful if you could share your information with us so we are able to provide a better support. For example with helping creating shuttle schedules.
As Hotel Admin you are able to approve access until needed. To do this, navigate to settings -> Support Access. In here, turn on the switch and then we would be able to access your environment.
