Overview
In ShuttleSub, every user has a personal invitation code. This code is used to link your account to a hotel or organization. On the same page, you can also see which hotels are currently linked to your account.
How to find your invitation code
Log in to the ShuttleSub app
Click on your name in the top-right corner
Select My Account
On the My Account page, you will see your Invitation Code. The invitation code is clearly displayed in red, so it’s easy to recognize
You can share this code with a hotel administrator or contact person to get linked to their hotel.
Where to find your linked hotels
Scroll down on the same My Account page
At the bottom of the page, you will find a list of Linked Hotels
This section shows all hotels that are currently connected to your account
Useful to know
If no hotels are shown, your account is not yet linked to a hotel
Once a hotel links your invitation code, it will appear here automatically
No page refresh or additional action is required

If your invitation code is missing, shown incorrectly, or a hotel does not appear after being linked, please contact ShuttleSub support via the helpdesk.
