Searching reservations is very easy with ShuttleSub. We have implemented a search form what will search through the whole database for your hotel.
The intelligent search bar will search for:
Guest Reservations
Business Reservations
Crew Reservations
Where to find the search bar?
The search bar can be found in the top bar of the Web-App. It is not available yet on the iOS- and Android app.
You can start the search bar by pressing on it, or press '/' on your keyboard.
When the search bar has been opened, it looks like the one below:
What can I search for?
You can search for:
Guest Name
Captain Name
Room Number
Booking Code
Flight Number
Airline
Company
The search bar will only search for reservations for the selected date. If you would like to change this date, go first to the Guest reservations, Business Bookings or Crew Reservations and change the date on top:
When this date is set to a different date, the search bar will find reservations for this date.
