Do you want to add a shuttle at a specific time outside your default schedule? Then a Flex Shuttle may be the perfect solution.
In the Guest Bookings dashboard, click the Add Flex Shuttle button.
After clicking this button, a popup will appear where you can configure the shuttle.
You can give the shuttle a custom name, such as “Taxi Room 4778” or “VIP Ride CEO.”
Next, specify where the shuttle starts and where it ends.
For Include all intermediate stops, select Yes if the shuttle should stop at every stop on the normal route.
Select No if it should only stop at specific locations, then choose the stops you want this shuttle to include.
Under Departure time, enter the departure time from the first stop.
Under Capacity, enter how many passengers this shuttle can carry.
You can also mark this shuttle as a VIP Shuttle. When enabled, a VIP indicator will be shown on the shuttle card in the dashboard.

The ⚡ Flash indicator means this is a Flex Shuttle.
The ⭐ VIP indicator means this is a VIP Shuttle.
You can make a reservation for this shuttle just like you normally would.
